disappointed about this, too. I just noticed I got upgraded to 4.10 karma from 0, but bio editing requires 40, supposedly. What the heck?!

The whole Karma idea makes me think they're afraid we won't stay without that system, because we'd be able to do more and get bored easily.

confused. It says you need 40 karma, but some profiles are filled out with less than that...
