just by going to school in those conditions, and people shocked to see they go there
it makes them not want to get a good educations and hinders their learning enthics
Just looking at their environment they can tell they're at a disadvantage. I'm sure it makes many of them give up hope on a proper education
They know they're not equal when they mention they go to Morris high and watching the other kids' reactions. They know it just by looking
at the conditions and being able to compare that to the other schools they've been to.
This definitely can make them feel like no one wants to help and support them in their education.
yes...especially when they can look across the river and see the wealth, prosperity..how frustrating and they can do NOTHING
it shouldn't be up to them though.. its the governments job..
They know they are unequal because they've heard of what an education is supposed to be like. It probably gives them an inferiority complex.
haha...brian, your democrat is showing...many would say government should stay out of it..
that's a great word for it, alex...inferiority complex for sure
I think as a result of that their spirit to pass school goes down
they think they're unequal if they are treated that way or if they get special privleges or if they don't
they know cause they visit other schools
this probably makes them feel neglected and unimportant
all u have to do to see your unequal to someone else is open your eyes, they see it everyday every where they go. they must feel ashamed
lose any motivation they might have had?
