nicole agree.... thats also where a food blogger needs to have their disclaimer to say its purely their own personal opinion

one thing i dun understand is... if u have a stall... and a customer walks in to complain.... wld u threaten to sue them?

the customer is just voicing their personal opinion

let's see what happens. I see this type of legal threats in many small businesses here. They can't handle criticism in the social media...

well. They're trying to control it, sometimes with legal injunctions. They don't see that if they handle it well, it can work really well...

for their business. Stuck in old-school thinking, I guess.

if the cafe owner wants to bring the blogger to court, then he/she would have to prove that the blogger done it out of malice

if it's not malice, then she'll lose the case... the lawyer's letter... well, is just a letter

unless she gets a court injunction for it... then it's a different story
