one thing i dun understand is... if u have a stall... and a customer walks in to complain.... wld u threaten to sue them?

let's see what happens. I see this type of legal threats in many small businesses here. They can't handle criticism in the social media...

well. They're trying to control it, sometimes with legal injunctions. They don't see that if they handle it well, it can work really well...

if the cafe owner wants to bring the blogger to court, then he/she would have to prove that the blogger done it out of malice

if it's not malice, then she'll lose the case... the lawyer's letter... well, is just a letter :-)
