It should say roasted

but I made some stock this am from chicken thighs

then I have a bunch of roma tomatoes in the oven cut in half and the seeds and water removed \

In that same pan is a head of garlic with the skin removed, 2 red onions quartered, and a bunch of fresh rosemary

I will roast the veggies for an hour or so then put them in the stock and whir up with my boat motor

add some strips of fresh basil and serve with my roasted garlic chiabatta grilled cheeses with either gruyere or cheddar depending on if you

are over 9 or not
