error 69 . i had to restore ipod. finally after 4 tries got it to restore. then it would not sync. it did 57 items no music. then computer

acted up . finally i went for walk before both ended up on concrete.

no computer says itunes is not default for audio , then when i say yes it says im not authorized to do that. and i cant turn ipod off. i

it keeps gonig into do not disconnect when i try to turn it off.
