On a 15Mb connection, I get a few seconds from TT, then "buffering," a few seconds, then "buffering..." Videos stored @ TT are impossible

Doggone it! It wouldn't run...'buffering'....

That is nice to know! I ran it at home but not at school. Too bad it stalls like that. What to do?
