honestly I'm trying to lose almost 10kg (20 pound?) after 3 birth of my kids. I cut lotsa carb lately & snacking too *which is pretty hard*

hmmm Desert_Daze I know what you mean about the heat, I'm in Vegas. Have you tried using any workout DVD's so you can stay indoors?

I go through phases of not eating if I don't feel hungry - which is as bad as KT's love of takeaways!
