locate and get to than a home on the ground, flight feather or not.

3. you can put it at just about any height and the majority of the time there will be nothing around you.

Saying all that. I prefer to have my home on the ground. It's prettier, and I have a private sim, so I don't have to worry about it.

I live on mainland and like to be on the ground. But we have protected waterfront. It is pretty.

the sky view is pretty, it is less laggy and if you have very uneven terrain, you can have nice flatness for easy building.
