..you not fit what they need in an employee?
what do you think your weaknesses are???
you need to put a spin on of what you learned from prior times.
just say that only the week ones show their weaknesses.
not very organized but this job entails a lot of organizational skills
books always recommend things like, "I'm a bit of a perfectionist..." or "I tend to work really long hours and sometimes they have to tell
be honest about a weakness but have a plan on how you have over come it... how you compensate for it
me to go home. Which I think is so transparent.
but maybe you can think along those lines...
a good example... when I was working, a weakness I had was small children. I had alternate plans to cover potential kid problems ...
keep quiet about organization... also thinks that perfectionist & long hours is too cliche...
kid problems wouldnt wrk either since it is a school that I am applying for
maybe say that you are working on your typing skills and practicing... they know what one already
Just say "some have told me that I'm so conscientious that I set too good an example.
agree with the above. what *are* your weaknesses? Definitely don't pretend you don't have any 'cause everyone does.
be honest on the organization skills but then give a plan on how you overcame it. Employers want problem solvers.
the typing thing as its the truth. I am not great at typing but I did pass the test and am working on it
that is why I suggested it... truth is best...
i agree with the weakness's that work in the company's favor.... tend to work long hours, workaholic
used to be an employment coordinator for Cisco Systems... interviewers see right through that
suggests saying your concentration on the work at hand can get so intense you lose track of time.
I would not hire someone who loses track of time.
I always look for people who know their weaknesses then can show how they are overcoming them. We all have something to work on.
agreed... go for typing... that is easily remedied
agrees with
AZJazzyJ. They'll know if you're giving them a line. Be honest and let them know you always work to improve yourself.
I tend to be very self critical but use that to make myself better then give an example of a fault with the action I took to fix it.
