back door split in two and I'm working on that now.. its been sealed, and cut to fit. Now just to mount it and put a lock on it as well

what type of floor?

Well it looks like the fool who owns this place put particle board down and then tile then rug...

the particle board looks like termites got to it

but I think it is just the years of pressure destroyed it

a quick cut with a circular saw will cut thru the particle board

rip all of that up, down to the beams or subfloor

new subfloor and you will be ready for any type new flooring

Cool that sounds pretty easy... I think I will wait till better weather hits so I can have the door open though..

figure out what is under the particle board, then let me know, so i can further advise.
