i have many friends that own their own biz's. all had irs issues and gave following advice

fed- agree 2 make payments of say, 100 a month... after said amt of years, if they can't get what is owed in full, you can bankrupt them out

if you own a house that's the shit cause state will take it

if you have hefty bank accts- best if you take the cash out or use another perons's acct temporarily-

also- they will continue to take cash from same acct over and over again- it's not just 1 hit and that's it
