groans.So when you turn a server into a domain controller,and then turn it back into a regular server it likes to delete all of the accounts

hmm that is really frickin horrible... it deletes the data, too? or it just deletes the face of the account?

well there was no data associated with each per se, but it didn't delete that stuff regardless. it was more of access rights.

basically i promoted to domain controller, then i couldnt access my autodesk vault admin stuff (basically an engineering sharepoint server)

the admin acct for sql server is "sa" for system admin and it just would NOT accept it
