I added getGlobalPlurks, getCountries, getRegions, & getCities to my copy of RLPlurkAPI.

what would be the best method of submitting it for your review? You want a copy of RLPlurkAPI.php and example.php, or just diffs?

removing friends allows for refriending more easily than blocking...

all the functions are there to allow browse (interesting plurkers) in the API.
