What did he say about WAMU?

He was discussing the design of their Banks & tellers.

How their computers are setup so that there are no wires, or ugly displays

How everyone stood up, even the tellers. How the teller designs were little islands where people were escorted to.

How the cash was stored inside these islands making it very hard to rob the place, but also easy to distribute the cash to customers

He was very fascinated by the lengths WAMU went to, to make the UX of their banks a good one for their customers
