(important because the form allows others outside our discipline to feel they can work with you - facilitation tool)
Everybody should understand the decisions we're making as we're making them. (allusion to sketch boards)
Invite people in who are not designers - to pick up a pen, sketch your ideas on paper and start sharing.
Every single one of those people have an opinion of the project - and it will come out eventually. Better to get it out before code.
Show your work. People think of design as an end-point - they don't understand the process. Expose your thinking as you go along.
Business Needs + User Needs = Design Criteria
A great user experience is something that's tangible and pungent and something you are going to return to.
