It's a tool by Adobe where you can create color palettes based on one color

only problem is that i'm not sure it gives you hex values, but you could at least get an idea

If you click on "Create", you can customize your base color and go from there

Then click "monochromatic" from the top menu and it will give you other colors in the family

No problem. Color Schemer is a great program for the Mac for this sort of thing... but kuler does look cool

Grab ColorZilla firefox addon. It makes it easy to find colors on the page.

I'm pretty horrible with colors though. Plurkommunity.com uses the same colors as the plurk orange. Still trying to make it look better.

nice, thanks for the addon, I have the design for my site, I just need to make a new header and redo the CSS to get it right
