Stuffed Mushrooms for an appetizer, an 8 oz Filet Mignon w/Red Wine mushroom sauce w/garlic mashed potatoes and steamed veggies, tiramisu.

Did I mention the Filet Mignon is also stuffed? With mushrooms? This meal was basically mushroom extravaganza.

To me, a perfect meal is all about the company.

Okay mine is crab stuffed mushrooms, shrimp cocktail for an appetizer. For the meal rare filet mignon with mushroom burgundy gravy,

lobster tail with rendered butter,roasted asparagus, and sourcream and chive mashed potatoes. For dessert...

either tirimisu, chocoltae cake with whipped cream, or chocolate cheesecake.

That sounds tasty!
