for those who think they strike a lottery, good luck to them. If it is too good to be true, it usually is.

but for kidnap and police case, it is despicable, as they prey on people's weak emotions.

hmm, you know, when it comes to cases like kidnapping of a close kin, people get panicky and do irrational things.

i don't fault these people, the scammers ought to be punished severely.
