The world is going fucking insane.

I honestly think that the economy has a lot to do with it. People get pushed from every direction & the pressure builds & they go "boom".

I'm not excusing it, I'm just saying that I'm not as surprised as I probably should be.

That shooting was RS&H, architects I work with daily. One of the engineers there and I just discussed personal defense a few weeks ago.

At the time, he said I was nuts for carrying a firearm for self defense, and was glad he never felt he'd need one. I have to wonder now if

his opinions have at all changed.

And it's silly to own one without regular practice.

I should perhaps mention I've worked at gun ranges on and off over the years, and spend at least an hour a week in some sort of practice
