以溫熱水將洗髮精沖乾淨後,擰乾上護髮霜,先洗澡繼續用蒸氣給它蒸(到這邊大家應該都知道)

重點來了,沖掉的時候要用冷水!!!

i just have to blow dry my hair after washing, and DONT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING every morning.

i've used the second one and i like its tea tree oil shampoo

i am using Avalon's lavender shampoo and conditionaer now

what's wrong with them?

reduce the amount of shampoo you use. organic shampoo doesnt has as much bubbles, so you tend to overpour it.

i just a bit to massage my scalp

if you wash your hair every day, the hair itself wont be too dirty

the shampoo run-off will be enough to clean your hair

(unless you use hair gel and or hair products)

take care of your scalp, your hair will take care itself

and use less detergent is better.

我只用瑪萱妮橘色護髮霜 美國好像買不到
