Wow, thats a better setup than I have. Start with something darker, its really hard to fuck up dark stuff.

That big ass kettle you have will allow you to do full boils, so always do full boils. The kits you get are usually designed for partial

boils, so you are going to have to read up a bit on hop utilization to avoid over hopping your beer.

If you do full boils, wort aeration can be an issue, you will need to figure out some way to take care of this. I use a paint mixer with a

drill for mine.

Let me know how you like the wort chiller. I have always thought they were a waste of money, and a huge waste of water, but they might be

handy
