Except the sect you are going to is a modernized Japanese version.

I practice under a slightly stricter, yet still not contemporary Tibetan sect, known as Kadampa Buddhism.

although I also dabble in some other Tibetan sects, like Yogācāra, due to their similarities

lately I've been gearing away from Kadampa and more torwards a stricter Tibetan sect of Buddhism, bc of the corruption of clergy within NKT.

did enjoy it quite thoroughly it was very relaxed though...
