may have to try those. Normally it's like 4am when the nausea kicks in. I'm not so much interested in moving at that point.

completely understands. Maybe you could put the seabands on before going to sleep. I also had to keep crackers by my bed when I was preggo.

mainly feels waves of the nausea that last for about an hour (maybe more) The sciatica kept me from sleeping through it.
