does changing Google sitemap influence your pagerank? I need to delete my current one and create a new one, this time with the www. prefix.

i am not absolutely positive, but i think that could change the incoming links you may have already created. I could be wrong though
it will not affect incoming links.
incoming links have nothing to do with your Google Sitemap
It would affect incoming links if you changed all your permalinks. But if those are intact there should be no problem.
As long as your server handles www and non-www urls the same it should not be a problem

I'm inb the process of moving to a new host, to get rid of the windows-server and the index.php
if I recall it's a new site, so u probably don't have a lot of deep linking yet? If not then your inbound links should not be affected much

true, that's why I decided to do it now and get rid of it. Cos this index.php will affect me bad one day or another.
