hired this young girl is my first mistake. between four mounth doing many mistake just because careless.

i train her as key person in production line. i hope she can work in right way. but i wrong edi....

ya, it is not easy to find the right person. The person needs to be enthusiatic enough in the job and willing to follow company goal
