No worries - I'm right there with you... the meh's have taken over this week

Well, trying to write a book and getting a 2 day case of writer's block isn't helping anything

oh I bet. I haven't been able to write for months. I have no creative spark right now

yeah, I had to resort to a method from previous years for my creativity..... There was a certain something I could smoke lol

It sends my brain into overdrive

I have to get really really really vindictive in order to write. (Un)fortunately, I'm calm almost always

and little effects me

I'm lucky in that sense, it doesn't take much to inspire me

I either have to be really irritated or really sad to write anymore

Thats what started my poetry writing, actually. I was really depressed the night before christmas one year, and I pumped like six poems

out right then & there

I write some really beautiful stuff when I'm depressed

odd, isn't it? You always write the best when you feel the worst....

It's because you write from the heart and are not over thinking

never looked at it that way... I always figured it was because I was able to describe everything through a bleak perspective.

nope...it's because you are writing with pure emotion vs. through logic filters. There's no thinking, just writing
