Well i get on. And others do to. Maybe not as much as before.. but switching over to WoW to keep in touch with people, is pretty lame.

Not everyone wants to pay to play that game, nor to play the game at all, just so they can talk to their friends.

Maybe, if you get to into it. Its still just a game. One you have to pay for every month at that, and not everyone wants to or even can pay

for it. One of the biggest reasons i hate WoW is because people stop talking to their friends who -don't- play. And they stop posting on

websites or pages they used to, to keep in touch with others, because they are way to busy playing WoW all the time. I will be extremely

disappointed if this happens here with you guys. At least do me the favor and prove me wrong about that.. and don't disappear please.

the problem is that we get bored with our mediums fairly easily. we migrate all the time online.

and no, i dont think WoW is for everyone nor am i a huge fan of the pay to play system, but if i'm cutting out cable to offset that cost

then i've lost no money, i've lost no entertainment value.

it was actually a pretty long debate going back and forth figuring out if we could justify getting into the game. i think we're both sane

enough to not get super wrapped up into that stuff. sure i enjoy playing, but it doesn't replace much other than cable tv.

agreed on all of brad's accounts mostly because it's something we've talked to death.. i've been playing WoW trials for years now, I think I

have at least 2 accounts plus 2 other accounts on private servers that all just kept falling through. but I'm actually quite good about

keeping it under control so far. i will never play it during the day unless it's a weekend, otherwise, ALL my chores have to be done!

so really, it makes me get things done in anticipation of playing! where otherwise i'd just sit and watch tv and not think anything of it
