u would prolly wanna marinate the prawns first so the flvour sink in... then when u're ready, stir fry the garlic pieces for about

30 seconds on medium heat and throw in the prawns.. i dunno what other ingredients u would use, hahaha

but maybe a bit butter will make the prawns smoother =)
