if you can video conference with more than one person at a time on skype? One on one works fine, but I couldn't make it work in conference.

I think it takes an add-on program. Check twit.tv and see what Leo is using.

ya. we tried on christmas. have sisters on both coasts and mom in houston. we could all talk, but video was out the window

Skype only allows you to have multiple chat or voice, but not video. Only 1:1 on video
