I really do, especially if you have a partner who you regularly share your info with.
That is the one thing that helped me the most in all of my weight loss efforts! I use Lose It on my iPod. Makes a big difference!
I"ve been using the app LOSEit on my itouch
that's one thing I had to keep up with using Weight Watchers....it worked!
I have used SparkPeople to stay accountable and it helped me. I just need to get back to it.
