Tell him that his fave adult beverage is on sale, then when he finds out different, say: oh, sorry; I guess that was *last* week!

I am with you on grocery shopping! Just have him go with you. I do not like going without DH...he carries them in the house!

plus, if I let HIM go...he gets more than the cabinets can hold!
