[Update!] Posted the Who's Who and Application format. Doing locations tonight. Once I get a layout I'll be doing a TDM. Any takers for a layout and/or easy to maintain taken page?

I'm moving this week, so I'm very busy but once the move is done I'll give helping out with lists etc consideration. (I'm not up on CSS, alas. basic html I can do but CSS is more than that)
I can almost certainly maintain a taken page, just have to pop up a basic one and an HTML box for folks to c/p replies from
