Although this is why she's going to be texting Dick soon, one to FINALLY say hi, and two to be like, "Hey, I'm thinking of getting the Batfam together for a mingle because I'm tired of playing Avoidance Girl, Jason said we could use Descendants, but he also suggested maybe making it a housewarming for the Belfry, what do you think?"

Honestly, either would work. Though J2 isn't currently setting foot in the Belfry.

Comics!Jason is mad at Dick for a slight misunderstanding over the Belfry. They'll get it sorted out, but for the moment, he's pissed.

That brotherly stuff can get complicated

Also just remembered that Dick's birthday is in March, so I might do a Belfry housewarming then.

Birthday + housewarming does sound like a good idea! In that case, I think Descendants might end up being Bette's chosen venue. It's also kind of her safe space, right now.

Though considering she works there with everyone, it's a miracle she's managed to avoid them thus far lmao

But then working through some stuff, mostly because she's always been so kept on the outskirts of everything for various reasons, and the few times she's tried to get involved in stuff, it's never lasted long, so she's got some complicated feelings to work through.

I mean, Dick's probably clocked her, but if she's going out of her way to avoid the family, he wouldn't make her.

j2 also only shows up at descendant when he's trying to annoy j1.

so he's mostly only there on coyote ugly nights or when he's antagonizing gangsters.

Oh, Dick and Bette have probably crossed paths, though I get the feeling she's mostly just said hi and then scurried off.
