I've been in Dup over four years and I don't know if the top level of a closed log counts as one of the tags or not. Hmmm.
if the TL is the post itself, I don't think it counts.
if the TL is the beginning of a thread, then it does.

I think the post counts as a proof on its own
independently of the amount of comments inside it, bc it was made during AC period

I can't remember if I've ever used closed logs for AC so I'm not sure.
