We had a massive rainstorm over the weekend and I think it just made things worse with the local tower

ON THE BRIGHT SIDE. We got a month of free service to compensate

Apparently if you ask for credit, they'll just give you money off your next bill

And we've called so often that it's come up to a month for free

They tried moving us to a different cell tower and that failed miserably

Tried on and off again etc.

We're expecting more rain tonight or tomorrow so who knows

Might end up with two free months at this rate

Surely requesting credit has a limit, if anyone finds that limit it will likely be my dad

Since he learned all you have to do is ask for credit when you have an issue, he's been excited when there's an outage
