So, Aliens: Dark Descent... I knew it was gonna be good just by watching a few streamers try it. But I am enjoying the SHIT out of this game.
The closest thing I can compare it to is XCom, but... it's nothing like XCom.
It's a squad-based exploration/survival game, you can retreat at ANY TIME... but it's real time, and the mission persists between extractions.
And it can be HARD...
