sometimes people don't realize they're snarking in the narration but I hate it if I don't know they're doing it for the character and not because it's their opinion

they narrated about things I did "wrong" in the thread that they could have nipped in the bud had they talked to me

I do worry about whether I might be the other side of this sometimes, because I play a lot of judgy assholes and sometimes I think it comes across as OOCly passive aggressive when it's not intended that way

but also: i have no reason to assume that's the case here, and regardless, it feels Bad

I don't know how to take it any other way, tbh

yes, it was exactly that. Granted I made some assumptions, but instead of PMing me they put it in the narrations ie, "X would never do Y." when I had assumed Y four comments ago
