DCC's Gazetteer of the Known Realms is so vague as to be useless.

The Lost Lands setting from Frog God is mind-numbingly dense and, according to the reviews I read, basically useless even if you do manage to get through it.

Midgard has some promise, but it's Wolfgang Baur, so it could go either way.

I'm tempted to just run Scarred Lands, because my group's not overly familiar with the setting, but it's also one that they'd complain about because of its monster books, so...

Update: I ended up using the Pathfinder campaign setting because mala wanted to do a megadungeon and Emerald Spire sounded good.
