It's filled with paper that's basically the same stuff as sticker backing, so you can stick your stickers on the page and then peel them off again, rearrange them, etc. without them losing their adhesiveness
It's a great way to store stickers if you've got a bunch of them, because you can just sorta flip through the pages instead of rifling through a drawer of half-used sheets and loose single stickers
I used to have a little sticker book like this when I was a kid, and I would just like... lovingly rearrange my stickers over and over. An extremely satisfying and normal thing to do.
I tried looking for another one years ago, but the last time I looked, sticker books were 1) only for children and 2) meant for you to put stickers in permanently?? A betrayal.
I used to do that too! I loved it so much. We also had a storyteller game with virtual stickers on the computer and oh! It was great I would spend whole afternoons with the computer stickers
