does it literally say that in your dress code? I have been spoken to about my clothing/appearance several times at former jobs, when I was adhearing/exceeding the dress code standards, and wearing similar or nicer things than my coworkers, and I am positive it was due to fatphobia.

omgwtfbarb: ours is honestly so confusing and only ONE person had an issue with it. No one else did. And others wear similar stuff. So I have NO idea 🙃
