soulsoup_4: I understand that losing social features on a fanfiction site isn't really that bad in the grand scheme of things, or compared to othering events going on in the world, but for some of the Quotev users, it was their whole life, or at least part of it. And now, we're losing it.

I concur with what you're saying. Our lives aren't in danger or being completely uprooted, so it's not fair to say "refugee". I'd just rather say 'former'. I don't use "former," "refugee," or anything else as I haven't left the site and I'm not going to.
