The muselist itself sees a few older characters coming back, mostly thanks to going through older journals and seeing what was there and "Hey, who can I bring back?"

And if you're wondering "Why a winter festival?" it's because tomorrow is going to be 95F Feels Like 100+ and I'm and have to be out in it, and am ready for summer to be over already

on the one hand I imagine teefs generally like things on the warmer side because of the hells and all (which wouldn't be in this setting I know, but as general inspiration), but on the other, goth nerd likes the cold is a thing for a reason
