day three of feeling like of if I eat something I’m just gonna want to eject it immediately

It’s been really difficult just keeping it down the last couple of days, and normally I would just be like “fuckit I won’t eat then” I can’t do that since being diabetic so it’s like, I just have to force myself
At least I’m out of bed today, I spent yesterday in bed since I’ve been in a lot of pain lately
