gen has two boyfriends and is definitely plotting creative ways to propose to both of them at once, but he's playing the long game. he's more concerned about Tsukasa's reaction than Senku's. he's disgustingly smug about his situation, but I think he's earned it.

noctis and prompto are dating and he is kind of internally flailing that he gets to have this at all. gosh noctis it's like you have the lived experience of anyone you get close to getting violently hurt, prompto even included. fortunately FM has been incredibly chill for him so far.

dorothy says she is never going to be interested in romance why are you asking tsun tsun tsun. but really she's pretty content just being respected by other people in FM as an individual, she certainly doesn't need romance.

shinjiro says that he's not a good candidate for being a boyfriend to anyone, tsun tsun, he's not a nice guy it's a terrible idea. time will tell if anyone will get attached to him and try to break down that wall.

combining the two above into the most stubborn tsun, Zechs insists he doesn't need anyone and that it's a bad idea for anyone to get close to him. fortunately to somebody in the future who might get interested - Zechs does have a lot of CR who will whack him with newspapers if he acts like an idiot about it.
