I really didn’t expect superboy to appear in this show at any point, if I’m honest

That seems like a plot point that works better in a show with a more mature Superman

Also, like, in the comics superboy is a clone of Lex and Clark, though this show obviously isn’t afraid of doing completely new origin stories for characters

Also in that new intro sequence panel, I wonder who that villain is the right of Lex? To the left it looks like cyborg Superman, and since we also have Superboy and Steel, my guess is that the one on the right of Lex is Eradicator? Or maybe Zod.

I was honestly hoping this show would never do the Death of Superman story, even though I’m sure their version of it would be fresh
