From what I’ve read from the AP: One of the two boxers accused of the crime of not being cis was banned from a competition about a year ago and the officials that banned her cited a testosterone test from about two years ago that said her testosterone levels were over the limit.

Also the group that administered the test has itself been banned because they were shitty.

So like we don’t even know for sure that her testerone levels are high

Also people are saying she has a Y chromosome and that claim seems to be entirely rectelly sourced

we don't actually know the results of the test, only what ONE dude (who is a known reactionary and bigot and was deemed Too Corrupt To Handle The Olympics) says the results were
