So I'm trying to apply to a warring guild with my NA account that is pretty bare bones

And the class I play usually gets to join worry free because they are a hot-commodity

But this guild wants me to do a trial

Which basically means proving I know how to play the class

It's not a combative class, it's a support. The only support class in the game

So the main jobs are buff and try your best not to die

Killing someone is usually by accident or from stealing a kill

So no one is testing me to see if I can kill anything

But anyway, we scheduled it for tonight right, the trail

AND NATURALLY it's thunderstorming here

So I messaged the one in charge of my trial to be like Hey, if there's an outage and I disappear, sorry in advance

AND THEY.... seemed understanding

But lol as if I wasn't already nervous

LIKE hey. I know this class. I've played it for almost a year

But when you in the spotlight it's harder to think

I've just been practicing in hopes everything is muscle memory beforehand

Not a big deal if I fail the trial

I can try out for another guild but these guys were allies (sometimes) to the guild I used to be apart of

And they are solid allies when need be, so I trust them more because I've seen them do war and been on the receiving end of their war tactics

Left the previous war guild because they quit the game

Otherwise I'd still be with them

Good news, I passed the trial

Bad news, power outage as soon as they said "Nice! Accepted." lol

I told them I'll just be online tomorrow night to accept
