I WANT TO PLAY IT SO BAD it looks like the PERFECT adhd scratch for me
13 dollars trash game on steam only -_-,
i need a job so i can buy a good laptop so i can play supermarket simulator
that looks so basic it could run on anything what the heck graphics expectations does it need lmfao
(i dont mean basic as a bad thing but CMON)
every time i try to run it she freezes ,-_-
ok so i have a very basic graphics card in here apparently
i'm p sure that's the problem bc all my other system points meet or beat
i wonder if i can replace my graphics card on this bad boy
especially not with my economy computer ,-_-
Yeah, unfortunately with laptops you really can't swap out graphics cards, they're integrated with the motherboard
Made my life a living hell when that was the best computer I had to play games with |D
it is SUCH a good adhd scratch, I've been playing it a lot
your laptop not being able to run it is an actual hate crime against you, you should sue the govt for this betrayal
GOOD NEWS is that i already have a mouse, keyboard, and big ass monitor (tv)
so really i just have to buy a tower and i can play games on that

OR
i could take this opportunity to build my own, like i've always wanted
if you want help building, lmk
i do want

I got u we can figure that out if/when you're able to
yeah i should probably uhhhhh become employed first
ugh moving ugh not enough savings to last forever
honestly the only two irritating parts of building your own now are 1. getting the header shit plugged in to the right port (aka all the buttons and inputs for the top of the case like power on/off)
and 2. cable management LMAO
everything else has started to get streamlined as more people are going the DIY route
honestly i like doing hardware/mechanical building stuff so i'm hoping i enjoy it
i also like having the option of being able to replace/upgrade components B| i'm sick of having to fuckin buy a new laptop every 4 years
it's so satisfying building it and turning it on for the first time
and YEAH being able to upgrade individual parts. I've been doing that for uh
checks clock
20 years now LMAO
my roommate the other night was ASTOUNDED when I told one of my HDDs is from 2006 and still going strong
you can also nab a prebuilt if you want - i nabbed a cyberpower a while back
then i was able to upgrade the video card a few years later and add in more SSD drives
hmmm no i think i wanna build it from scratch

but thank u for the advice
lots of fun videos to assist with that at least
and PC part picker is my fave website for building to make sure it all goes together lmao
i had my brother help me build my first one and since then i've done it by myself for upgrades!
yeah pcpartpicker is one of the streamlines that have been made

lol I just sent a private plurk with that website
I was gonna wait until egg is employed and financially ready to budget things out to help lmao
it super is! i have a saved build that i just adjust periodically
well it's kinda nice to build something together and then you have it ready when you can dump the cash on it
fontech: Same! And honestly it's the only way I can even remember some of the specific things in mine since I am....bad....at keeping receipts
i had mine built a few months in advance
err digitally built. before. anyway
and yeah i def wouldn't remember the shit i have in mine without it
I did the same, I built it all on the list and then just treated it like a grocery list and bought the individual parts over time
my brother was asking me what graphics card i have and i was like UHHHHHH IDK... MAYBE.... /loading website
(i thought i had upgraded recently but it was my motherboard.)
THANK U for all the help!!!!
My spouse and I have also been building our own for over 20 years now. Not sure if there is a microcenter near you, but their mb/cpu and mb/cpu/ram bundle deals are usually pretty good
