[ Travel ] Day 11: Sea day - is 9:30 am and I'm already super sea sick. There might be lots of tags or they might be nonexistent, depending on condition.

Managed 1 baked apple for breakfast. Didn't want to push.

Then passed out. Parents brought the rest of my ordered breakfast to me in my cabin and managed to eat the omelet. Then passed out again.

Now debating if lunch is worth braving.
do you normally get seasick?

Yes and no. Depends on my personal health condition really.

Been on the calmest cruise where I couldn't keep anything down, and the wildest ones where I'm perfectly fine.

But I've been lied to for lunch. Decided to brave lunch because it said udon on the menu, except it wasn't soup but fried, and not even udon, but teriyaki sauce on thick Chinese noodles. Or spaghetti. But definitely not udon.

If you can find a green apple, they really help with sea sickness. Also the ship infirmary should have sea sickness meds available free of charge.

justplainchy: yup, ended up getting the meds this time. And they work! Even though I'm drowsy as heck.

Annnd dinner is formal tonight, or 'evening chic', cause celebrity cruises got rid of formals. And I've seen so many prior walking around in 'kimono'. Bathrobes really, those shiny silky looking things that people think are kimono but really are nothing like.

Whole tables of people dressed in bathrobes. Lol. I used to wear one to the anime conventions. And people would think I like fantastic, so I get the reason. But.... That's anime convention and I was a kid.
