Sour mix, vodka and tequila base, add in scorpion bitters (2-3 drops for milder, 4-5 for spicee), lime juice, a splash of absinthe, served over ice with a muddled lime, and a lime/salt rim

Apple cider base. Heat up prior, add in Seasonal Spices (cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg). Let it get to a simmer before taking it off the heat. Add in some ginger simple syrup, served warm. Topped with a smoked cinnamon stick and rimmed with a thin lick of honey and brown sugar. Served in a cupper mug.
